Most yacht brokers are not failing because they lack exposure. They are failing because they confuse visibility with value. The industry rewards appearance long enough for people to mistake theatrics for competence. But eventually every deal reaches the same brutal checkpoint: can this person actually reduce risk, solve problems, and get a transaction across the finish line?
